The hotel had a great location, just a few steps away from the central piazza, shops, and restaurants. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They provided excellent service during our entire stay. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide range of delicious homemade pastries and sweets, fresh fruits, and savory options like cheese and salami. We particularly enjoyed the air conditioning, which worked great in our cozy and comfortable room.

The only downside we encountered was a slight damp smell in the room. It was not overwhelming, but it could have been improved.

The double room at Palazzo Gentilcore was amazing! It had a cozy feel with its soundproofing and comfy sofa. The colorful tile floor gave it a charming touch. We loved it!

The only thing we didn't enjoy as much was the rainfall showerhead. It's just our personal preference, though.

The modern shower and lovely decoration really made a difference. The breakfast had fresh fruits, home-made pastries, and delicious cheese. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that we found less desirable was the accessibility of the hotel. It was located up on a hilltop, which made it quite challenging to reach, especially when navigating steep roads.

Great experience, exceptional staff, wonderful dinners, incredible hospitality, best breakfast in Italy, perfect base to explore the area.
